Who, How & Why
Welcome to The Feeling Shirt (TM) method which combines conversational methods for age-appropriate examples for school age children related to feelings and emotional boundary setting and identifying. It also is adaptable to adult settings for workplaces and for client and customer relationships, slowing down power dynamics to help facilitate identification, healthy owning and boundary delineating and enforcing so that group dynamics do not get in the way of the finished product and outcome sought. Ann developed this children’s book story from a failed, real-life parenting moment but it has developed into social areas of education that are often not taught for kids and adults in healthy ways in the school and workplace.
